Two more patient Telephone Lines
The Surgery has added two more incoming patient telephone lines in December 2011 to allow more patients to get through to the receptionists to make appointments. This will mean that 4 patients can get through on the phones at any time.
When you call 01622 745 585, the options offered are as follows:
- to make, cancel or change appointments
- prescription queries (direct line - 01622 742963 between 8.30 and 10.00am)
- results (can only be given out after 2pm)
- medical secretaries (direct line - 01622 742964)
- reception
